Mesa Komal, the commercial kitchen at Casa Azafrán, owned and operated by Conexión Américas, can be rented on a regular basis by food entrepreneurs; by chefs who want to teach a cooking class or host a pop-up restaurant or open-invite lunch.
The kitchen also can be used by caterers who are working with individuals and organizations renting Casa Azafrán’s beautiful spaces for events and meetings.
Mesa Komal is certified by the Metro Health Department for licensed use by caterers and food producers who sell unpackaged food directly to customers. It also is certified by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture for the production and packaging of retail and wholesale food products.
